---Cherry Angel's TERMS of SERVICE---1. GENERAL
❀All commissions are digital products.❀Commissions are for personal use only.❀ Clients may repost commissioned artwork with proper credit to the artist.❀ Selling, tracing, heavily editing, or claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.
》Heavy editing includes modifying the colors, composition, or other major elements of the artwork. Minor edits for personal uses are allowed.❀ DO NOT feed my art to AI or to NFTs❀The client and the artist both agree to keep any sensitive or personal information private.❀I have the right to refuse the commission if it contains: Prompts that I do not draw (Please view section 6 of this TOS for more information).
》Or if I am uncertain that I will be able to deliver the commission properly.
》Also, rude/disrespectful clients will be dismissed and their commission will be declined. Be appropriate with communication!❀The client must provide me with clear details and at least enough references of their request(s) (especially specific poses or character designs) or the commission will be delayed.❀ I will do my best to accurately follow the provided references and requests.❀Deadlines can be set by client but the allotted time given to me should give me enough time to complete your request.❀I reserve the legal right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio.2. PAYMENT
❀I won’t start the commission until a payment is made upfront
》Due to Artistree's payment system, I can only accept 100% upfront payment through the platform. Your payment is held securely by Artistree and is not released to me until the commission is completed, so both the client and I are protected.❀ My current official mode of payment right now is Paypal.
》If you want to tip me, I also have my Ko-fi on display!❀ Refunds are not available once work has started, so please make sure you're comfortable with my Terms of Service.❀ Full refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission.
》Additionally, If the client becomes unresponsive for consecutive days after I have requested information, feedback, or approval, I will temporarily stop sending out WIPs.
》》After 14 days, I will offer 1 last grace period for 7 days to the client. After the 7 days are over and still no response, then I will let Artistree handle your request.❀Please note that there are no real fixed max prices and that the prices shown may increase depending on the complexity of your request.3. WIPS
❀Delivery is estimated between 14–30 days (or earlier) depending on commission complexity and queue order.
》Longer wait times may reflect to the level of detail required, as well as my personal schedule. Thank you for your understanding and patience!❀I will send WIPs during important progress stages, so please make sure to respond on it!4. REVISIONS
❀ Up to 5 revisions are included per artwork.
》No further revisions will be accepted after the 5th revision.
》Minor adjustments, such as adding small details (ex: eye highlights, small accessories, or slight corrections), do not count as revisions.
》Heavy revisions include changes of poses, overall colors, or major keypoints of the artwork.5. DELIVERY
❀ Final artwork will be delivered in the Artistree platform! Client may also request to put it on a Google Drive if discussed beforehand but I then will need to ask for your Email.❀ By commissioning me, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes before or after artwork has been delivered. Any concerns should be discussed with me first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.6. WILL DO & WON'T DO

📢NOTES❀ DO NOT do any heavy modifications on my art in ANY circumstances.❀Using my art in ANY commercial use will lead you to be blacklisted and reported, I do not offer Commercial use.❀ By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service. Please make sure you have read and understood them before commissioning me.
